23 Gifts From Black-Owned Businesses You Should Be Shopping Right Now

These perfect gifts from Black-owned businesses are truly what everyone wants and needs.

As someone who shops more than I’d sometimes like to admit, I’ve been intentional over the past several years about putting my money toward supporting Black entrepreneurs and their brands.

I’ve built up a pretty robust list of Black-owned businesses I consider my go-tos for beauty products, apparel, home goods, and more. And when the holiday season rolled around this year, I decided I wanted to create a gift guide filled with recommendations from some of my favorite Black-owned brands.

This guide features products I have actually purchased and tried out — that way I could truly speak to their quality and why they are actually worth picking up for yourself or the ones you love.

And though the Christmas shipping cutoff for these items is so gone like a Monica song, they’ll still work just fine for an after-Christmas surprise for your family and friends, New Years treat for yourself, or a thoughtful present for a birthday, anniversary, or really any special occasion throughout the year.
